Order Policy

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping is provided via registered airmail.

2. Shipping charges are determined by the order quantity and amount of money paid per order.

3. We make every effort to ship your merchandise in a timely manner. As there is no production lead time, we will try to ship at the first day after we receive your order with payment.

4. There is a minimum shipping charge of $2.95.

Return Policy

1. We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt, for an exchange item with agreed condition.

2. Sorry, but shipping charges and money are not refundable.

3. Damaged item can be returned within 30 days of receipt, for an exchange of the same item only, regrettably no exceptions.

4. Returned item must be kept in original packaging, with the original invoice. Do inform us before sending the damaged item.
